By using the Block by Block platform, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. User Data and Privacy

In order to provide our services, we collect and store certain user information including but not limited to: Telegram username, user ID, any group chat ID in which you choose to add any bot, and the wallet address used to subscribe. All bot responses, whether generated from public or private interactions, are also logged for the purpose of error handling and to foster our hivemind approach.

The data is stored in two locations: an Airtable database and a self-hosted GCP server. Airtable uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers based in the U.S., which employs robust security measures including encryption. For more information on Airtable security, please refer to their security documentation.

Please note that your Telegram user ID can only be accessed by Block By Block or any other party if you have already initiated a conversation with a bot.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information through our bots, errors can occur. The information provided by Block by Block is not always 100% accurate and should not be used as the sole basis for making investment decisions. We strongly encourage users to perform their own due diligence before every trade.

3. Liability

Block by Block is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using our bots or any information they provide. Users assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on information obtained from our platform.

4. Changes to Terms

Block by Block reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website and in telegram, and continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions to Block by Block last for a period of 30 days. Users will be sent a reminder one day prior to the expiration of their subscription. Failure to renew the subscription before its expiration will result in the user being removed from all relevant group chats and access to all bots will be revoked.

Users can re-subscribe at any point. However, if the subscription cost has increased since the user's previous subscription period, the user will be required to pay the additional cost at the time of re-subscription.

By subscribing to Block by Block, you are agreeing to these terms related to subscription services.

6. Respectful Conduct

Users are expected to interact with each other and our bots in a respectful and considerate manner. Harassment, abuse, or any other form of disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

By using our platform, you are confirming that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
