Snapshots

Launches with insiders tend to have a strong giveaway; the top holders get in early and don't sell, at least not immediately, even at 3-5x their initial buy. /snapshots hows whether top holders are holding or not. Specifically, it takes two snapshots a short period after launch and then establishes a baseline by calculating all tokens held by top 50 holders at those two snapshots, then at following intervals (intervals depend on the time since launch) it shows percentage of tokens owned by those same wallets compared to the baseline. It also shows new holders at each interval.
